- Wage Determination 2005-2521 Rev 14 for RFQ GM2014162 Trainer Maintenance Clause for RFQ GM2014162 for Trainer Maintenance Request for Quote on Trainer Maintenance PWS for RFQ GM2014162 Trainer Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is GM2014162 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 and DFARS change notice 20140528. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Standard ( NAICS) code is 811310 with a size standard $7 Million. The contractor shall provide the following items/services: See Request for Quote (Atch 1). Price will include all supplies, materials, signs, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, labor and other items and services necessary to repair, clean and maintain training equipment in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Quote must be valid for 30 days and Vendors must provide their quote on the attached RFQ Bid Schedule. Requirement is for a period of 90 days (3 Months) with a possible Extension of Services on a month to month basis not to exceed a total of 6 Months. Please include CAGE code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, and Payment and Discount Terms with your quote. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register, please visit https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1.
