- 11GPM04_0006 This synopsis is being posted to Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for sustainment services for Block 1 systems, to include TR analysis, software upgrades, information assurance support, distance support, installation and training support, test support, and other types of sustainment efforts related to the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 1 for the AN/SLQ-32 System. The Government intends to award a cost plus fixed fee Job Order (JO) for a 1-year period and two 1-year option periods. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-11-G-PM04 with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS), 12450 Fair Lakes Cir, Suite 800, Fairfax, VA, for a maximum ceiling amount of $9.9M on 7/26/2011. The BOA covers a 5-year ordering period. The BOA is in support of ongoing system engineering support and systems software/firmware support developed as part of the SEWIP. The job orders under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
