Government First Article Testing Applies Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited Unrestrictive on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).
