Description

The Department of Veterans (VA), Washington, District of Columbia intends to negotiate and award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Clinton Nursing & Rehab Center, 9211 Stuart Lane, Clinton, MD 20735-2712. The purpose of the award is to maintain placement of the Veterans in a facility within close proximity to their home and family. The agreement with Clinton Nursing & Rehab Center will provide continuous care and treatment to Veterans according to medical necessity and health requirements. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301.
