Description

Solicitation number is SPE4A6-14-R-1973; is a Small Business Set-Aside. For NSN 4010-00-202-2425. This NSN is Non-Commercial. Surge and sustainment is not required for this NSN. This is a First Destination Program, therefore FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination applies. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 34. Critical application applies, Higher level Quality and Measurement & Test Equipment requirement applies. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery is for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will be issued on June 23, 2014 with a closing date of July 23, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9033, Reverse Auction. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1 NSN which is for a base year plus 4 option years.
