Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers are request on NIH-OLAO-OD3401813. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 effective May 30, 2014 This Acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The National Institute of Health, Office of Research Services Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), intends to procure services of Back-Up Child Care and Adult/Elder Dependent care services for employees. FAR Pt. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. FAR Pt. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items Proposals will be evaluated on : -Management Approach (Ability to implement and manage tasks and deliverables as stated within the Statement of Work) Statement of Work is in Attachment -Technical Approach (Ability to implement technical requirements as stated within the Statement of Work -Past Performance/Relevant Experience (Ability to provide and administer back up Child and Adult/Elder dependant services. Examples must be provided. -Key Personnel (Number of qualified and experienced personnel in administering and delivering similar In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at:http://orca.bpn.gov in accordance with FAR 4.1201 (a). By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in SAM at www.sam.gov prior to award, during performance and through final payment of the Purchase Order. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. Offers must be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on Wednesday June 25,2014.
