Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone's interest for The VA Medical Center, Hampton will be participating in the use of a Recreational Center utilizing the indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, group therapy rooms, aerobics rooms, and with access to recreational functions offered at the facility. The facility must be within a five (5) mile radius to the VA Medical Center with a swimming pool with zero entry that will accommodate Veteran Patients with disabilities. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 713940 Size Standard: SMALL, and the Classification code is 3651. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1.Company name and DUNs # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.If item is available on FSS Schedule. Interested party must provide contract number with expiration date. 5.Must be registered in OB10 for payment 6.Must be registered in SAM Interested parties must submit their information to Arlene.wright@va.gov no later than June12, 2014 and 3:00PM Eastern Time.
