- Attachment 2 Drawings & Specs for vendor reference If an offerors package does not contain all of the items listed on page 2 of this attachment, your quote will be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given thereby making your offer ineligible for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, In Accordance with FAR Part 13, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number AG-6395-S-14-0097 is issued as a invitation request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Applicable FAR clauses are incorporated by reference and may be viewed on the following website (s) https://www.acquisition.gov/ https://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html http://www.dm.usda.gov/procurement/policy/agar_x/agarbase/index.html (iv) Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside: This RFQ solicitation is a 100 % Total Small Business Set - Aside in accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339940 - Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing. The Small Business Standard Size is 500 employees. (v) list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities : Total: 66 ROLLER STAMPS 66 FOAM ROLLERS 66 DATE SETS INCL. MONTHS, ABBREVIATED e.g. Jan; DAYS 1-31; 4 DIGIT YEARS (2014-2019); NUMBERS FROM 0-9. ROLLER STAMPS REQUIRE TWO EACH OF DATES & NUMBERS SO THE SET MUST INCLUDE 2 OF EACH (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. Roller Stamp and Date Sets (First Article Test Product Samples Required) The dimensions of the die and shields Each RIBtype mat will be 2.30~ (17 ribs) x 6-3/4~ rubber size. The lasered ID location is in the lower left corner of the rubber when looking at the face of the mat with the image right-side-up. The height of the cutouts are approximately.28~ (2 ribs). The length of the upper cutouts are approximately 1.4~. The length of the lower cutouts are approximately.70~. The dimensions for the foam handles See attached picture. Inside diameter is.625", Length is 4.5", wall faom thickness is.375. Photo of the art work - see attached Info regarding 3 rib exposure openings for the insertable dates The height of the cutouts are approximately.28~ (2 ribs). The length of the upper cutouts are approximately 1.4~. The length of the lower cutouts are approximately.70~. refillable foam ink roller - see pictures of roller stamp. Foam roller included Size = 1.5" diameter, and 2" length. Foam roller is uninked. First Article Approval-Government Testing required in accordance with FAR 52.209-4 Upon Notification from Contracting Officer, the contractor shall deliver 1 unit(s) of Lot/Item _office Stamp id# SB082 and 1 set of date inserts, within 30 calendar days from the date of this order (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. Delivery is expected 30 days after receipt of award pending First Article Test Approval All product cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, transportation and insurance. Delivery Address: Various (see attached) (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the provision. (ix) This is a low priced technically accepted solicitation. The Government will award to the lowest priced offer that meets the specifications and standards outlined in the specifications. (x) Offeror is required submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (see attachment 1) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the clause. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. If your company does not have a DUNS number, you may contact Dun and Bradstreet directly to obtain one by calling 1- 866-705-5711or via the following website: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform Anyone interested in doing business with the USDA must also be registered in the government Central Contractor Registrar online at http://sam.gov. ***REGISTRATION IS FREE*** (xiv) WARRANTIES: Implied Warranty - The Government's post award rights contained in 52.212-4 are the implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose and the remedies contained in the acceptance paragraph. Additional Warrant - : Explain all details of the warranty. If an extended warranty is available explain details of extended warranty including price and availability after initial warranty expires. The Offeror shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Government's right with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with this response. The U.S. Department of Agriculture is a Tax Exempt Agency; exempt from state and federal tax. (xv) The date, time and place offers are due.
