Description

SOW MSRT Mission Plan This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSAR Clause3052.209-70 SOW OBJECTIVE The MRST Mission Planning COI contract will provide experienced and qualified personnel to develop, facilitate, and instruct mission planning in accordance with Joint Publication 5.0 and the USCG Advanced Interdiction Mission Planning TTP that will bring a doctrinally acceptable and standardized approach to the mission planning process supporting MRST operations for the unit's senior enlisted members and commissioned officers. Refer to Attached SOW for amplifying information.
