Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform construction for Project 598-14-120 to Convert Operating Rooms 9-10 in accordance with project plans and specifications. Contract shall be completed within 210 Days following Notice to Proceed. 1.The VA is requesting proposals to upgrade and replace the existing fire and smoke detection system at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center: This project will replace all field devices including but not limited to panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors and head units. All work will be incompliance with federal, state and local code requirements. Work will conform to included VA design specifications. The contractor will provide and the VA will approve Quality Control Representative. The VA will provide the existing fire control information. All work is to be performed at the Oklahoma City VAMC. The dollar magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $33.5.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Contract Specialist is Jack Caperton.
