- Revised Attachment A Q4. Will the collars be removed for the paint job A4. NO, the collars will be staying on the boat as they currently are. Q5. How much does the boat weight - A5. Fully outfitted with no crew onboard and no fuel - approximately 13,700 pounds. The boat will be fully outfitted during the job, and will not have more than 100 gallons of fuel onboard in its tanks Attachment A to the SOW has been revised, the last sentence previously read "Prep existing barrier coat on hull before application of new barrier coat, including sanding/grinding any chip or gouges to the aluminum hull". That last sentence has been changed to: "Perform sanding/grinding to any chips or gouges to the aluminum."
