This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0079 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System For Award Management (SAM at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 511210, Size Standard $35,500,000.00, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
