- Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-68.The synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-14-T-0503. This requirement is for 100% Total Small Business set aside NAICS code 541330.The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Description of Requirement: The intent of this contract is to perform: Provide preventative maintenance and system diagnostic on the building automation system (BAS), Metasys System and all associated application specific controllers, including associated electrical or electronic actuation devices, temperature sensors and control panels. Diagnostics, calibrate all system input sensors Check operation of all output devices Set-up all systems for optimal energy and comfort settings Back-up automation system databases quarterly Train customer employees on system operations and troubleshooting. Location: Building E1457, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Edgewood Area, Maryland 21010 Period of Performance: Base year contract with 2 Option Years. Frequency of visit required: Quarterly See Performance Work Statement (PWS)) for additional information below. Notes to Offerors: The combined synopsis solicitation shall be used as the format for submissions of offers (see below). All offeror's shall fill-out Base Year cost, and each Option Years costs. Partial quotes will not be evaluated. All quotations must be signed, dated, and submitted via email to rex.m.valdez2.civ@mail.mil by 17 June 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
