- This JQR details what is required from a vendor to become qualified for this acquisition. This Special Notice serves the purpose of notifying all interested vendors that there will be a Draft Request for Proposal being released on 16 June 2014 and responses back will be due 30 June 2014 for RATO Rocket Motors. There will also be a Pre-Proposal Conference on 2 July 2014 at the Hill AFB Museum at 0930 with individual meetings with vendors upon request in the afternoon. The draft RFP as well as the agenda for the Pre-Proposal conference will be attached to this notice on 16 June 2014. This Draft RFP and Pre-Proposal Conference will be open to all interested vendors, but subsequent award after official RFP is released will only be made to a qualified offeror. The Justification for Qualification Requirements is also attached to this notice for vendors interested in becoming qualified.
