See posted J&A for further information. The scope of this contract includes law enforcement patrol services; both vehicle and walking patrols when crimes are most likely to occur, emergency response services outside of normal patrol times when necessary, maintaining communication with designated USACE personnel concerning law enforcement activities and all serious incidents on the project site or serious incidents involving visitors to the project site, via phone and written reports.
