- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project# 2OR0187 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: Expressions of Interest Sought The US Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in La Grande, OR that will be expiring on May 31, 2015. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and necessary furnishing augmentation, recreation of telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. State: OR City: La Grande Delineated Area: Within the boundaries of Union County Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,200 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,700 Space Type: Warehouse/Hanger for two single engine Super Cub Aircraft plus 700sf general office space. Parking Spaces (Total):...0... Parking Spaces (Surface): [ ] Parking Spaces (Structured): [......] Parking Spaces (Reserved): [......] Full Term: 10 Yrs Firm Term: 3 Yrs Additional Requirements: • 3/4 Acre wareyard for storage and vehicle parking. It must be secure and for the exclusive use of the Government. •Hanger must have electric power and be heated. It must have access to the tarmac. •Tenant requires access to building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
