- Limited Sources Justification Provision Clauses and Matrix This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DJD-14-L9-0012 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and attached incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. NAICS 334220 - Size Standard 750 employees. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for software upgrades for Cellebrite UFED from UFED Classic to UFED Touch/4PC: Item 0001: KIT UFED Classic Trade up to TOUCH Ultimate to Ultimate (Quantity: 3) Item 0002: KIT UFED Classic Trade up to UFED 4PC Ultimate to Ultimate (Quantity: 12) Item 0003: UFED TOUCH TRADE- RUGGED Conversion (Quantity: 3) Item 0004: Touch Ultimate Software Renewal- 1 year prorated to expire on 8/31/2015 (S/N: 5728917) (Quantity: 1) Item 0005: Shipping and Handling shall be included in the quote. Current UFED Classic S/N: 5526932 5583078 5518800 5609248 5582382 5574130 5576524 5582391 5534409 5534616 5531514 5534406 5531405 5531484 5531330 Quotes shall be on an all or none basis. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. A Limited Source Justification is attached. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT ONLY. The deadline for questions is June 11, 2014 at 10:00am EST. The deadline for quotes is June 13, 2014 at 12:00pm EST.
