- Solicitation for NSN 4235-01-618-8271 / 0053604058 / SPE4A6-14-R-1967 / Spill Containment Unit / P/N BCI-ATB-50K. Item is sole source to Basic Concepts (cage: 0V4E7). Quantity: 6 each. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package. DLA Aviation intends to award an restricted firm-fixed price contract under negotiated method of procurement. No quantity option. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bullletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal Large Procurcement Procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be avialable via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Origin - do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. Fort FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247.9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
