- Attachment 4 Wage Determination WD 98-0223 Rev 26 Attachment 3 Hotel Inspection Checklist Attachment 2 Unit Training Assembly (UTA) Scheduled Dates Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation FA4608-14-R-0008 307th BW Contract Quarters Barksdale AFB, LA has a requirement for hotel rooms for 307th personnel during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends. Lodging accomodations will be procured for a specified number of rooms for one weekend a month (Friday and Saturday night). The type of rooms required are single or double occupancy and they shall be non-smoking. The lodging facility shall be located within an 8-mile driving distance to Barksdale Air Force Base. The government will use http://local.live.com to determine the distance of the lodging facility to Barksdale Air Force Base. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). The proposed acquisition will be for a basic period of 12 months with two one-year option periods. It will be set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110 with a corresponding small business size standard of $30M. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. The proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability will be determined by inspection of the lodging facility prior to award in accordance with the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS). Multiple awards are expected. No hard copies will be provided.
