- TORQUE WRENCH MULTIPLIER TOOL KIT GSA/FAS is requesting quotes for a RFQ (Request For Quote), not to exceed 1 year for NSN 5180-00-935-4642, Torque Wrench Multiplier Tool Kit. Current need is for 1 order for quantity of 1 KT. The detailed description and the quote sheet are in the attached solicitation, which can be downloaded. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. When submitting a quote, please annotate on the lines provided in the IPD, information regarding the item that you can supply for this kit.
