- Solicitation Number SPE4A5-14-R-1128 is for NSN 2840-01-320-6820 for Runner, Nozzle, Ring. FOB Destination and Origin inspection required. Only the products of approved manufacturers are acceptable. OEM is Pratt & Whitney CAGE 77445 P/N 4071170; approved sources is Soldream Inc. CAGE 1TUK8. Item is a Air Force CSI part. This is an Unrestricted procurement and will result in Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four (4) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
