Description

**Amendment #2: The Food and Drug Administration has decided extend the closing date for this RFI to Monday, June 16, 2014 at 9am ET. The total page limit for this RFI is 30 pages. However, this is the maximum number of pages you are allowed to submit, and if you can complete your response within 5, 10, or 15 pages, you will not be faulted for this. As for your response to the requested pricing, this should be based on the tasks included in the SOW. It is not mandatory that you submit pricing, but it will help the FDA to better prepare for this upcoming requirement. Also, it is preferred, but not mandatory, that you submit your pricing response on a separate excel spreadsheet. The pricing sheet is not included in the total number of pages. Finally, as mentioned in the original RFI posting, you will still be able to respond to the RFP, even if you do not respond to the RFI. The FDA is using the RFI to determine our acquisition strategy, and to help better define our requirements documents. ** *Amendment 1: The RFI instructions state: "Responses to the RFI should not exceed 15 pages in length" and "Technical data - to include an assessment paper...this paper should not exceed 15 pages including charts/graphs/illustrations. Therefore, the RFI responses should not exceed 15 pages and the Technical data assessment paper should not exceed 15 pages, totaling 30 pages. ** The Food and Drug Administration is seeking Request for Information/Sources Sought responses for an Information Technology Strategic Portfolio Management Framework requirement. Please see the attached RFI/Sources Sought and Draft Statement of Work. Please respond no later than Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10 am ET. Any response received after this date will also be considered but may not be included in initial reporting or assessments. Responses to the RFI should not exceed 15 pages in length and shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Ashley Allen at Ashley.Allen@fda.hhs.gov. The attention line should read as follows: RFI Responses: Strategic Portfolio Management.
