Tucker Blvd., Cole St. to N. Broadway, Carr St. to River East: Mississippi River South: Lafayette Ave. to S. Tucker Blvd., Chouteau Ave. to River West: S. Compton Ave. / N. Compton Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,554 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 87 spaces, within 2 block radius Parking Spaces (Surface): No Preference Parking Spaces (Structured): No Preference Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Generally rectangular footprint, not more than twice as long as it is wide. Within two blocks of a bus stop. At least half the space must be on first floor. If partial space is offered on 2 nd floor or higher, must be accessible by at least two elevators. Columns must not be closer than 20 ft center to center or to a wall. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
