- Regional Career Pathways Plan National Staff Compensation Table Master Itemized Property Report Solicitation Request for Proposal Number DOLJ14SA00004 for continued operation of the Treasure Island Job Corps Center located at 655 H Avenue, Building 442, Treasure Island Station, San Francisco, California, 94130-5027, will be made available June 6, 2014 by written request to the agency or at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This is an unrestricted procurement. Job Corps is a residential training program for economically disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The successful offeror will manage and operate a government-owned facility and hire staff for residential living, basic education, vocational training, outreach, career development, career transition services, and health care services in accordance with the applicable U.S Department of Labor Job Corps regulations. This contract will not include any direct outreach/admissions services. The contract capacity is for 247 residential males, 245 residential females, 20 non-residential males, and 20 non-residential females for a total capacity of 532 trainee participants. The resultant contract will be performance-based cost plus incentive fee for a two-year base period from February 1, 2015 to January 31, 2017. Additionally, there are three unilateral options of one year each. A pre-proposal conference for the procurement will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. PST on June 20, 2014. The conference is followed immediately by a walk-through of the facility. It is recommended that interested parties download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference and walk-through. All questions prior to the conference should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
