- Justification to Sole Source GED Proctoring Services The U.S. Forest Service, Centennial Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center and the Job Corps Acquisition Management Support Branch intend to award a one year base period, plus 4 one year option periods contract for General Education Development (GED) test proctoring services to a sole source, the Boise State University in Boise, ID. Boise State University will administer GED Tests at the addendum site and issue GED vouchers to the students of Centennial JCCCC.
