- Attachment 7- VAFb Facility Excellence Attachment 6- Wage Determination Attachment 5- RMDF Attachment 4- Asbestos Survey Attachment 3- Drawings Attachment 2- Specifications Attachment 1- Statement of Work This acquisition is a competitive 100% total small-business set-aside for contractor. This Request For Proposal (RFP) will be a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the fire suppression system in building 6601 on Vandenberg AFB. All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical support), items and incidentals necessary thereto. The work is required in support of the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron, Base Civil Engineering activities. The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available via FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. All potential offerors must be registered on the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1. It is important to read the solicitation completely, as there are terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive. The government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this solicitation. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
