Description

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is conducting a market survey for qualified vendor firms capable of providing surgical instruments to the VA South Texas, Audi L. Murphy VA Hospital located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd. San Antonio, TX 78229. See the listing of surgical instruments attached. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339112, size standard 500 employees. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than June 11, 2014 at 4:00 PM, HST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, DUNS number, address, point of contact. Delivery of all items on the list attached is required within 45 days of award. Time is of the essence. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (see internet site: http://www.sam.gov). A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
