- PLEASE READ: THIS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AND NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE BELOW MENTIONED DATE. The Tonto National Forest, Cave Creek Ranger District, intends to award a contract for the Bartlett Lake Recreation Site Improvements. The project involves pavement repair to an existing parking lot and boat ramp access; work includes but is not limited to saw cutting, milling, removing and disposing of asphalt; furnishing, placing and compacting new asphalt surfacing; pavement striping; and repairing potholes and surface cracks. This project is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses under NAICS code 237310. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation shall be posted on or about June 23, 2014.
