Description

This effort may be set aside with Hubzone preference if adequate interest is recieved.Work of this contract includes, but is not limited to providing all material, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary to seal up the exterior building envelope for P-1 CIRF Facility (58,000SF). Repair the existing heating and air conditioning systems. Upgrade the existing building envelopes to meet EPACT05 standards. Replace existing hangar door to create an energy efficient and functional solution for Centralized Repair Facility (CRF) operations. Repair roof due to building modifications. Repair existing site access and utilities to accommodate user requirements. Repair interior spaces as necessary as a result of exterior improvements and asbestos abatement. Work on the facilities will included repairing weather stripping, door seals, door sweeps, (to include hangar doors) and any caulking necessary to seal up air leaks and infiltration. There are several windows and double doors that will require replacement to repair the energy efficiency of the building. Magnitude of Construction is 1-5M.
