Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code that will be used with this Purchase order is 532111 (Passenger Car Rental). **Vendors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management). For pickup and return at: Hickam Passenger Terminal 355 Mamiya Ave, Bldg 2028 Hickam AFB, HI 96953 3 ea Sedans-7/2/14 - 7/31/14 1 ea 7 PAX Van-7/2/14 - 7/31/14 14 ea Sedans-7/6/14 - 7/31/14 17 ea 7 PAX Van-7/6/14 - 7/31/14 2 ea 15 PAX Van-7/6/14 - 7/31/14 Sedans should seat at least 4 adults comfortably. Vehicles will be parking in a parking garage. Request to have no vehicles larger than 6'6". If no bid please specify reason. ***If specification cannot be met, may propose other alternatives for consideration. ***This is not currently funded but funds are anticipated.
