Description

Request for Quote (RFQ) VA263-14-Q-2388 Cost-per-Reportable for BioMerieux MiniVidas --for Omaha VA Health Care System The Government intends to make a single award for cost-per-reportable lease of BioMerieux MiniVidas for 60 month term. Responses due 06/24/2014. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be issued on/about June 5, 2014 and will be issued via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) electronic posting system. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and received no later than 10AM CT, June 17, 2014. Questions may be sent by email to : melanie.stockman@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Vendors are reminded that representatives from their company SHALL NOT contact any Nebraska Western Iowa/Omaha personnel to discuss this RFQ during this solicitation process. All questions and concerns regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Contracting Officer. No web based proposals or faxes will be accepted.
