- Solicitation # 2014-N-16453 - Request for Proposal The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Center for Environmental Health issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for services to support activities conducted by the Office of the Director, Branches and Program of the Division of Environmental Hazards and Health Effects (NCEH/DEHHE). These services support the full range of activities related to epidemiology science, studies, and surveillance for NCEH/DEHHE. The services include: strategic development and operational support, training support, identity support, research-to-practice translation support, scientific consultation, project coordination, data and sample collection, data analysis, sample analysis, publication development and assistance, public dissemination/health communication, program/project evaluation, and scientific project development. The solicitation number for this procurement is 2014-N-16453. This requirement is being procured as a competitive total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541990 with a size standard of $14.0 M. The total not-to-exceed ceiling price for this procurement is $20 million. This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement being competed in accordance with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The period of performance will be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with a total performance period not to exceed sixty (60) months. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. All responsible and qualified sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests will be honored and no bidder's list will be maintained. Notifications will not be sent to the offerors, but it is the offerors' responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps for matters relating to this acquisition and any amendments.
