- The Government is looking for office space in Minot ND. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a request for proposal package, and compete a lease requirement. In making this determination, the Government will consider among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirement, costs to renovate any alternative space to a usable office configuration and government specification, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Potential offered space must be located outside of the 100 and 500 year flood plains. Offered space must also be fully mitigated and free from any effects of the 2011 flood event. Ideal sources would include the following criteria: Minimum Square Footage 3060 BOMA Usable square feet of office space, and a minimum of 1500 BOMA Usable square feet of structured indoor vehicle/warehouse space for 4 four vehicles and a small trailer Maximum Square Footage 3220BOMA Usable square feet of office space and ideally 3700 BOMA Usable square feet of structured indoor vehicle/warehouse space for 11 vehicles and a small trailer Delineated area: City Limits of Minot, North Dakota Space Type: Ideally, Office/warehouse-garage. Other types of space, such as retail and prior food service space may be reviewed and considered provided they might be renovated within a reasonable timeframe and at a reaonable cost. Parking Spaces. Parking spaces - ideally 11 surface/outdoor on site or within 2 blocks. Full term 10 years Firm Term 5 years
