Description
The government intends to enter into a commercial firm fix price contract for liquid propane gas. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside according to FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424720. Line Item Description: LIN 0001 - Liquid propane gas, up to 6,000 gallons for 12 months period or until funds are exhausted. Contractor shall provide propane fuel on a quote mark full service quote mark basis, including refuel of propane gas, transportation, and delivery, billing and other components considered normal business. Transportation and all other costs shall be included and detailed in proposed price. Utility shall be delivered no more than 3 business days after delivery order have been place. Award will be issue the lowest price technically acceptable. Delivery: MATES Building 5510 Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center Salinas, Puerto Rico, 00751 This action is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 424720. The small business size standard in number of employees is 100. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming represents the lowest price technically accepted, price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors include technical (ability to perform), past performance, and price. The Government intends to award without discussions. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer. The RFQ documents for this procurement will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, (www.fbo.gov). In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation interested vendors must register to receive notification on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible to provide you notification of any changes to this solicitation. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code Number, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. Number, Discount Terms, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email. All responsible sources may submit quotes which shall be considered. Quotes may be emailed, faxed or hand delivered. Paper copies will not be made available. A repository will be provided for hand carried proposals and located at USPFO for Puerto Rico, Building 540, Borinqueneer Road, Fort Buchanan, PR 00934-4069. Hand carried proposals must be deposited in the repository prior to the time established for receipt of proposals. Offerors are cautioned that approval to enter the base may take several hours to be issued. Delays are probable at the entry point and should be accommodated for. Late receipt of proposals due to base entry delays and regular mail delivery delay may not be deemed excusable and the Contracting Officer may declare the proposal late and remove it from consideration.
