- Statement of Work Form for submitting questions. Procedures for accessing MD ANG Base Entry Access List required for all vendors intending on attending the site visit. Base Map Environmental Protection Plan for MD ANG This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation F1Y3GB3116A004. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. The Maryland Air National Guard is inviting vendors to attend a site survey on the 12th of June 2014, Time: 10:00am EST for the installation galvanized steel chain-link fence around and enclosure. Attached you will find the statement of work and other supporting documentation for this solicitation. An EAL is required for entry onto the base and is attached, please return on EAL by COB 6 June 2014 to TSgt Meghan Dougherty at 175WG.MSC@ang.af.mil. Please see attached documentation for more information on procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation Portable VTC Unit is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $14M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation. All incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-32 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20090115 CLIN 0001 - Install approximately 110 linear ft. of ten ft. galvanized steel chain-link fence around the LOX storage overhang.
