- Scalable Software Information NOTICE OF INTENT The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Scalable Network Technologies, 600 Corporate Pointe, Suite 1200, Culver City, CA, 90230-7626 for the purchase of a Exata Base Software (See Attachment). Scalable Network Technologies is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this commodity to Lackland AFB. The proposed contract action is for commodities for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 9 June 2014, 1:00 pm EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts. TSgt T.
