- RFQ HSFE70-14-Q-0036 The purpose of this order is to acquire a Rotary Screw Air Compressor for the FEMA distribution center in Moffett Field, California. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Each quoter is requested to submit an electronic copy and in PDF format of your firm's quote. The electronic version shall be submitted to the Contract Specialists, Keith Harding at keith.harding@fema.dhs.gov. Electronic copies of your quote are due no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time, on June 13, 2014. LATE QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Questions regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be submitted in writing and sent via email to the attention of Keith Harding at keith.harding@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12 noon Eastern Time, on June 9, 2014.
