Description

The Omaha Veterans Administration, Omaha, NE requires a firm fixed price procurement of phone circuit services to be performed at the following address; Bellevue Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) 2206 Longo Drive Bellevue NE, 68005 The Omaha VAMC has established space in the local community of Bellevue, NE which to relocated the CBOC. As a result, telephone connectivity for the new location must be established prior to the new CBOC opening to the public. Telephone circuits must be changed over in such a way as to allow seamless interface between the new CBOC site and the main VA hospital located at 4101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE. The goal is to transition DID lines (identified in the statement of work) and to ensure we have a T1 PRI available at the new site. The new lines must be ready and properly operating prior to June 16th.
