- Description
- Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, and Grand Prairie, Texas intend to issue solicitation RFQP5011400012 for the provision of HVAC Instructor to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Bastrop, Texas. The requirement will be for HVAC Instructor to provide basic knowledge and skills in the area of HVAC. The contract will consist of a base plus four options year periods. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611310, with a small business size standard of 25.5 million. The solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or about March 11, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotations is July 1, 2014 12:00 P.M. Central.
