Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FOR SEQUENCING SERVICE. The National Institutes of Health, National Institute Of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) has a sole source requirement and intends to negotiate for the sequencing of T and B cell receptors using Sanger technology for individual PCR reactions. from Beckman Coulter, Inc., 250 S. Kraemer Blvd., Brea, CA 92821-6232 on an other than full and open competition to supply all the necessary reagents and provide the instrumentation to acquire NIH samples and sequence as listed in the Contract Requirements below as also shown on the Statement of Work attached. Contract Requirements The proposed contract will guarantee the following: · PCR amplicon purification using AMPure · Dye Terminator fluorescent sequencing reaction set up · Sequence product purification using CleanSEQ · Detection of sequenced fragments by capillary electrophoresis · Generation of results by Chromatograms, PHRED wuality scores and FASTA sequence files. · All results will be in a timely manner between 24-48 hours or as short a time frame as possible depending on volume of samples submitted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered.
