- Sources Sought: This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 621330, Offices of Mental Health (Non-Physician), Size Standard $7.0 Million. Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) in Minneapolis has a requirement for a contractor to provide perform Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams to assist the Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA) in making determinations regarding eligibility for Veteran's benefits. The requirement consists of two services. The first service is to perform "Initial PTSD" examinations in the Mental Health Clinic at the Minneapolis VA Health Care Center or via telehealth modalities. The second service is to perform "Review and Initial Mental Health" examinations at the Compensation and Pension Clinic at the Minneapolis VA Health Care Center or via telehealth modalities. Responses to this sources sought notice must include the following information: 1. General information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available. 2. Type of business such as 8(a), small business, Hub Zone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business or Veteran owned small business. 3. Company experience with a Department of Veterans Affairs compensation and pension exam program. Responses to this market survey should be in writing and shall be e-mailed to the attention of Sandra McAnany, Product Line Contract Manager at Sandra.mcanany@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm June 9, 2014. No solicitation document is available at this time; this notice is to acquire information only. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately
