- The National Forests in Alabama (NFinAL) has a requirement for Trail Maintenance, Construction, and Assessment Services on wilderness and non-wilderness including motorized and non-motorized trails on the Bankhead Ranger District of the National Forests in Alabama, located in northwestern Alabama. There may be construction work requiring bonding. The contract will be for a base period, with four option years. The size standard for this solicitation is $7 million under NAICS code 115310. The solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation should be available on this web site on or about Jun 18, 2014. If a site visit is held, information will be included in the solicitation. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation.
