Description

Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE NAICS:926120 The Miami, VA Medical Center intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Florida Department of Transportation, for access to the Florida Turnpike for all our Government Vehicles. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which, if received by NLT 5/29/2014 of publication of this Notice, shall be considered by 06/04/2014. All inquires shall be submitted by email, otherwise will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made in accordance with federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per Far Par 13. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity 8 - Miami.
