Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistic Service Area, Southern Region, AAQ-510 ATL, College Park, GA has a requirement for Construction of Terminal Automation Modernization and Replacement Equipment Shelter at the Hagerstown (HGR), Maryland Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Hagerstown, MD. This requirement is solely set-aside for Pre-Existing/Qualified Contractors under the Eastern Logistics Service Area Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) with General Construction experience. Construction Price Range: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 Performance time: 150 calendar days. Contractors holding BOA's for general construction work within the specific region in which the work is to be perform are invited to download the necessary attachments to submit a proposal for this solicitation. The meeting place for the site visit will be at the HGR ATCT, 18400 Henson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21742. When responding to this Request/Request for Proposal (RFP), each offeror is required to submit a cost breakdown proposal in addition to all the required documents outline in the RFP. Proposals are due June 30, 2014 No later than 4:30 PM Eastern Daylight Time EDT. This RFP is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
