- 17.The National Institutes of Health, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) intends to procure from Pierce Biotechnology Inc, 3747 North Meridian Road, Rockford IL 61101, on an other than full and open competition a CeLLInsight NXT High Content Screening Platform, and store standard Edition(SE), Part number NX11110, Quantity of 1. Equipment Includes: Item/Description: a.Optical Bench/(High efficiency epi-fluorecent optical train) b.Automated with plate insert c.High-Resolution Photometrics XL CC D, 14-bit camera with large field view and 4.54micron/pixel resolution. Laser-scanning Barcode reader d.Olympus 10x (0.3NA) and 20x (0.345NA) e.Four color solid-state LED light engine for use with Hoescht, FITC, TRITC, and Cy5 Fluorophores f.HCS Studio Software with integreated imaging and analysis, Bioapplications: Cellomics ONE Platinum Bioapplication Suite (Single License) g.CeLLInsight PC: Dell precision T5600, 825W, Windows 7 Professional 64bit OS, Four Core Xeon E5-2643, 3.3GHz Processor, 8Gb, DDR 3 RDIMM Memory, 24" High resolution widescreen Monitor. h.Onsight system installation and 1 day of training. In addition to the optimal imaging light source and camera specifications noted above, this device includes a comprehensive data analysis software package. The image importer tool included with the HCS Studio 2.0 software on the CellInsight NXT High Content Screening Platform is able to automatically rename and convert images from the BD Pathway platform. The image importer tool has pattern recognition capabilities that allow the end user to teach the importer how to assign the appropriate fluorescent channel, well and field coordinates from third party platforms.
