Description

This is the actual RFQ with attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Asphalt Emulsion Fluid- for the repair and replacement of runways. The quantity of 68 tons is a 'Not To Exceed' amount. The Government cannot determine the exact amount of product that will be used throughout the POP (POP begins at contract award and ends 30SEP14). This is an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 324121 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. The government will pickup the product at the vendor's location, vendors shall price accordingly, see Pricing Schedule, Attachment 1. All asphalt emulsion material will be received at vendor location using government trucks.
