Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number VA248-14-Q-1090 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Base with Four (4) Options Periods contract. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced below. Bid responses must be submitted by June16, 2014, 15:00:00 Eastern Time. Questions and/or quotations will be emailed to the POC list below. Destination. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
