- Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision to make repairs to fuel tanks and with associated equipment at each site, one at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, PA and the other one at Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA. After completion of all repairs the equipment shall be returned to its ™ proper operating condition. Contractor ™s shall refer to Section 2 of the Specifications and Conditions for a detailed description of work to be performed. Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237120 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. This solicitation shall be set aside for 100% Small Business in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required for the PDF file, can be downloaded from the adobe website. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is https://www.neco.navy.mil. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the Navy Exchange Commerce Online (NECO) website. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (Amendments) shall be made only on the internet. Therefore it is the contractor ™s responsibility to check the Internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA.
