Description

The Veterans Administration has an existing lease with AMERICAN LEGION, DEPARTMENT OF COLORADO of Denver CO for space at 7465 E. 1st Ave., Denver, CO 80230 that has not been continued. The current lease is for 4,988 NUSF of office administration space. The VA is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous. Prospective Offerors are advised that the VA will consider the relocation costs, including the physical move and the voice and data systems move, when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue a sole-source acquisition. The delineated area is North = Colfax (287), South = Hampton (285), East: I225, West = S Colorado Blvd (2) in the metropolitan area of Denver CO. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 27a, as amended October 1, 1981) to pay no more than the appraised fair market rental value for space. Respondents are advised that the VA assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement.
