- This Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of providing newspaper ads in a newspaper which services the counties of Orange, Westchester, Duchess and Ulster within New York State. The newspaper must reach an average weekly audience of 200,000 or more and circulate seven (7) days a week. The print advertisements would run three (3) ads per week for 4 weeks. The newspaper must also be capable of publishing Web Advertisements on their website and provide for 33,000 Home Page Ads during a period of four (4) months. These advertisements would be used to publicize the US Military Academy Band Major Concert Events. Newspaper firms which can provide the above required services are requested to submit an e-mail identifying their capability to provide the requested services. Any interested sources must be registered in the System for Award Management website at https://sam.gov. All responses must be submitted to Kevin.M.Niebuhr@us.army.mil. Responses are due no later than 11:00 AM on 30 May 2014.
